Armstrong is looking for a Business Analyst II to join our Decision Support team and partner with department leaders to drive smarter business strategies. In this role, you'll use your data expertise to support decision-making and operational improvements across departments like Field Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, Marketing, and more. Reporting to the Director of Financial Analysis, you'll be a critical player in our Finance team's strategic impact. Key Responsibilities Drive Data-Informed Decisions : Provide insights and recommendations to support smarter business strategies. Build Partnerships with Departments : Embed with teams to understand goals, share insights, and make proactive improvement recommendations. Manage Key Metrics : Ensure reporting consistency, maintain data standards, and suggest new KPIs. Lead Strategic Meetings : Facilitate discussions on operational improvements and collaborate on solutions. Innovate Data Analysis : Develop new ways to view and manage data to enhance value and reduce risk. Support Budgeting and Forecasting : Lead efforts in forecasting, analysis, and modeling. Balance Initiatives : Juggle multiple projects, reports, and analyses with competing deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 8 years as an analyst, preferably with telecom experience. Advanced Excel skills for model creation. Experience working with large data sets and SQL queries. Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI is a plus.
