Location: Remote with up to 50% travel to client location Job Overview: DXC is seeking a Senior SAP BTP Tenant Administrator who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tenants. This role includes ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency across global SAP BTP landscapes. As a senior team member, this individual will work closely with SAP architects, security teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that BTP solutions are implemented according to best practices and are aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: SAP BTP Tenant Administration: Manage and maintain BTP environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, manage authorizations, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards within SAP BTP. Configuration Management: Configure and optimize BTP services, including connectivity, integration, and extension services for optimal performance. User and Identity Management: Oversee user and role management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and identity provider integrations. Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize SAP monitoring tools to track performance, availability, and utilization; generate regular reports on tenant health and usage. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with cross-functional teams (security, operations, development) to meet project and business requirements, facilitate smooth deployments, and support global tenants. Performance Tuning & Optimization: Implement strategies for cost optimization and performance tuning across multiple tenants. Incident Management: Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for SAP BTP platform-related incidents and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configuration, processes, and troubleshooting; contribute to knowledge sharing across the team. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to improve the stability, security, and efficiency of the BTP landscape. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 5 years of experience in SAP BTP administration, including hands-on experience with tenant setup, configuration, and maintenance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP services, SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and other BTP-specific security and integration tools. Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP security, including role-based access control (RBAC), authorizations, and SAML/SSO configurations. Work Environment: It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%. Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
