We seek a driven, energetic, and team-oriented individual to join our Customer Success team as an Onboarding Specialist in Lehi, Utah.

Here's how you will make an impact:
Coordinating with the Sales Team on new customer hand-offsConducting discovery with new customers to identify their business needsConducting 1-3 week onboarding motions to implement with new customersConducting the onboarding motions over Zoom with new customersCoordinating with associates in Customer Success, Integrations, and Product SupportReaching out to existing customers to help with ongoing training needsTo be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:
Technical aptitude for learning and being able to explain mobile applicationsTemperament and desire to help build and implement solutionsStrong oral and written communication skillsProficient in Apple (iOS), Android, and Web applicationsWork well independentlyHigh level of attention to detailStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAble to work well with other team membersBenefits:
