Note: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:Perform excavation and grading tasks as required for site preparation and utilities installation.Load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris.Perform routine maintenance checks on the excavator to ensure it is in good working condition.Read and interpret plans and instructions from supervisors.Follow safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.Collaborate with other team members to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and on time.Qualifications:Experience operating excavators in a construction environment.Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.Knowledge of excavation and grading techniques.Strong attention to safety and detail.Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.Must have proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Certifications or licenses to operate heavy machinery may be required.TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
