The candidate will provide program management support to an Army Program Office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs. The primary duties to include: Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), PandA, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis ::: Experience and Skills ::: {ng-bind-html"getJob.reqsexp"} Required: -A bachelor's degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired. -10 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office -Knowledge of FMS systems to include DSAMS, IMPART, and GFEBS -High understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project -Experience in Foreign Military Sales is required -Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, including DAU Level 1 certification in PM, is a plus -The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspenses -Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product -Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to several weeks in length -Excellent written and verbal communications skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment -Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area. Security: Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (as well as maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
