Job SummaryThe role involves solve technical issues ensure equipment operates efficiently and maintain customer happiness.The ideal candidate is responsible for providing installation maintenance and repair services to customers.This position involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues raised by customers. The candidate will be a key point of contact for customers offering both technical support and service excellence. Strong problem-solving skills technical expert.

ResponsibilitiesUse tools and processes to support end-user computing devices including desktops laptops Apple devicestablets thin clients mobile devices and peripheralsManage stockroom of peripherals and laptops providing quarterly audits and disposal as directed by the businessAnswering to customer inquiries and providing support at Tech Lounge.Solving computer issues and prioritizing customer inquiries.Installing new programs managing updates and providing technical support.Managed user access using Active directory Azure AD and Entra for secure authentication and authorization.Hands and feet support for network server and conferencing teamsInstalling maintaining and fix required client software and hardware whether onsite or remotely.Solid knowledge of Mac OSX and must have a minimum of 2 years Mac experience in an Enterprise Environment is required.Experience in Mac Operating system installationExperience in Administered JAMF/Intune for macOS and Windows devices.Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (VPN Routing Ports TCP/IP Network analysis tools) preferredFix and resolve tickets within SLAs related to operations and end-user requestsExperience with a ticketing system- ServiceNowExpected to have in-depth knowledge of the latest technology used in Mac/Windows computers and systems.Excellent analytical and customer service skills are required to understand the requirements of the clientsand the problems arising in the systems.Must constantly update their knowledge and skills to complete job responsibilities efficiently.Analyze fix and repair a wide variety of PC & MacOS problems related to hardware and softwareAssist in developing and detailing improvements to current processesProvide technical support for events video conferencing and audio/visual setups.Be able to work independently and as part of a team.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical issues.Show dedication to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.

Salary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until 11/7/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:
