A Typical Day
The Reporting Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will provide reporting to support the financial management of multiple departments within the company, including monthly profit and loss reports and performance relative to budget and forecast expectations. As the Reporting Analyst , your responsibilities will include developing and tracking of key statistical information and performance metrics, preparing various reporting views, gathering requirements for new reporting, automation of reporting, and organizing and presenting data to management.
The Reporting Analyst FP&A will :
Monitor and send recurring reporting
Querying for ad-hoc data requests
Creation of reporting templates utilizing the company’s ERM platform
Provide analytical support to Sr. Analyst and Manager
Gather requirements for new reporting
Organize, prep, and present data to management
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
What You’ll Bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Excel and familiar with MS Powerpoint
Familiarity with fundamentals of accounting and corporate finance preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
