Starting salary of $240K, plus prod bonusesRelocation assistanceBC/BE (truly BE); If BE, Provider must complete BC within 9 months of hire.Current CT licensed PreferredNon-profit regional Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served eastern Connecticut since 1984Our healthcare professionals provide a full continuum of primary health care, oral health care, behavioral health care, and case management services, primarily to a medically underserved population
Job Requirements:
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical schoolDocumented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialtyBoard certificationCurrent licensure in the state of ConnecticutValid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses
