Data Control Analyst
to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role collaborates with management to improve data visibility, reporting, and business analysis to drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, maximize revenue, perform support, analysis, and guidance to Logistics, Mod Shop, and Warehousing in a variety of functions, and generate reports, analyze data, correct errors, and assist associates with troubleshooting.Primary Responsibilities:
Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports and data extraction.Daily transaction reviews to look for orders with errors/issues.Troubleshoot data and user-related problems.Support associates in daily use of SAP, reporting, and data visualization tools.Participate in and significantly contribute to department, system, and process areas.Monitor and analyze information and data.Develop dashboards and data reporting tools to communicate the status of operations and insights.Other duties and tasks as assigned.Education:
High School diploma or GED. Associate’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.Knowledge / Training:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel.Advanced knowledge and understanding of SAP Warehouse Management, Materials Management, and Production Planning.Experience:
