The
Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN)
is responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.Enhances the profitability of the agency and engages with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
Education & ExperienceMust be a licensed registered nurse in the state of operation.At least 3 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care service delivery system setting preferred.At least 2 years of healthcare leadership preferred.Current CPR certification.Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
