Integration Analyst Arlington, VA

Pioneering Evolution is seeking a Naval Combat Systems Integration Analyst to utilize their combat systems experience to help support the development, testing, acquisition, and integration of ship combat systems. The ideal candidate will provide inputs and technical support on behalf of the Navy program office throughout all phases of the combat systems development lifecycle. This will include requirements development, system design, performance analysis, testing, systems of systems integration, sustainment, and logistics. In this role, you will work in a team environment with senior staff supporting combat systems development, acquisition, sustainment, logistics, and readiness assessments.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:3+ years of experience working with combat systems for the DoD or U.S. Navy as a civilian, military personnel, or contractorExperience with military networks, sensors, and weapons system integrationExperience with Ship Self Defense System (SSDS)Experience with strategic planningHS diploma or GEDDESIRED EXPERIENCE:Experience developing dashboards, databases, or data science tools, including Microsoft Power Apps or SharePointExperience with Aegis Combat SystemExperience with U.S. Navy platforms, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapons, C4I, Sensors, and EW systemsExperience with NAVSEA and Naval Surface Warfare Center programsKnowledge of DoD acquisition and logistics policies and proceduresBachelor’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field preferred; Master’s degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or an Engineering field a plusWHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE OFFER:In addition to competitive salaries and opportunities for professional development and advancement, our employees enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits.
