User Research Intern

We are currently seeking a User Research Intern (remote) interested in an opportunity to work with a strong UIUX research and design team. The User Research intern will be responsible for working with current designers and product managers to define an optimal user experience. They will play a necessary role in the research and design of our internal and external products. We build and manage tech-enabled marketplaces for national and local healthcare talent and deliver contingent labor management solutions through our proprietary software platform. Responsibilities: This position's contributions will have a direct impact on the products we build while ensuring we are making more data driven design and product decisions As an intern, you will work in partnership with our Research, Design, and Product teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research including usability studies, user interviews, surveys, etc. Develop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on research goals Synthesize and analyze research findings to drive understanding of user behavior and insights Communicate research findings to other researchers, product stakeholders, and designers Qualifications: Recent graduate in a related field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Behavior Sciences, etc. Experience with a broad range of research methods Ability to shift priorities and follow through on initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn A research portfolio that showcases your research skills What We Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match We also offer other benefits to those that are eligible and where required by applicable law, including reimbursements and discretionary bonuses We provide paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what we reasonably anticipate for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager's discretion.
