: Days / 6:30a-7p (12x3) 36 hours per week

Length

: 13 weeksWeekend Hours: Minimum 48 hour (Sat- Sun) call every 4th weekendCall Requirements: Minimum 1 per week end of shift to the next morning (example 6:30 pm -6am)

Requirements:KY License2+ years of CVOR experienceMust have Ortho (Total Joints Arthroplasty), Neuro, Ortho/Spine, Vascular, CVOR, and General procedures

Travel experience required - minimum 2-3 assignmentsBLSScrub & Circulate skills preferred
