Embedded Software Engineer

GIRD Systems is looking for an embedded software engineer with experience designing, implementing, and testing communication systems. The successful applicant will work closely with a waveform design engineer to develop software implementations of complex signal processing algorithms which will be tested on software defined radio hardware platforms. The embedded software engineer needs to be proficient and both writing code as well as validation of the design in field tests. The candidate will have proficiency with ARM processors and a working knowledge or real time operating systems (RTOS). Knowledge of LTE/5G system architectures is a plus.
