Position Overview: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our hospitality sales team. The successful candidate will initiate and manage outreach efforts to generate high-quality contract sales leads for our in-house services. Key Responsibilities: Execute INSPIRE's comprehensive lead-generation strategies to meet or exceed established targets. Develop and deliver compelling outreach messages via email, phone, social media, and networking events to engage potential clients. Conduct thorough market research to identify and understand target audiences, tailoring lead-generation efforts accordingly. Optimize lead generation processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and database management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly the hospitality sales team, to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion. Analyze lead generation data and metrics to refine strategies and enhance conversion rates. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to implement innovative lead-generation techniques. Generate detailed reports on lead generation performance for regular internal stakeholder updates. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting personalized outreach messages. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is required.
