The Lead Solutions Architect works with user groups to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals. The Lead Solutions Architect works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Builds digital, omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern. Builds solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system. Builds highly scalable, secure microservices in a cloud agnostic way Builds and ensures security within digital experiences utilizing authentication, and authorization/access management. Integrates hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision. Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 8 years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field Prior project lead experience Strong expertise in building omni-channel experiences following MACH (Microservices, API First, Cloud Native and Headless) architectural pattern. Strong expertise in building solutions like patterns with great visibility (Logging, Monitoring and Tracing) into the system. Strong expertise in software development and cloud infrastructure blueprinting/provisioning Experience working with and building CI/CD pipelines Strong expertise in UI, including Vue.js, Angular, and/or React Strong expertise in mobile, including React Native and/or Flutter Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Strong expertise in back-end, including .NET, Java, and/or Node Strong expertise in Kubernetes and/or Docker Strong expertise in OAuth2.0 and/or OIDC, including authentication and authorization/access management, Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Additional Information Location/Work Style: Remote US Why Humana? Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $139,500 - $192,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
