Job SummaryAs a Host or Hostess you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver the best dining experience to our guests.
ResponsibilitiesPromote and maintain positive guest relationsGreeting guests in a friendly and inviting mannerEngaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashionIntroducing guests to their serverManaging restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately setting guest expectationsMaintaining the flow of the restaurantClearing, cleaning and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guestAlways sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to returnAlways perform as a team memberAttend and participate in on-going training sessions, read shift notes and attend shift meetingsAdhere to company policies and standardsBenefits/Perks

High School diploma or GEDMust be authorized to work in the USA and proper documentationMust be at least 21 years of ageObtain any necessary licensing or permitsAbility to stand on feet for an extended period of timeAbility to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in a fast pace environmentExcellent customer service skills with strong ability to interact with guestsVerbal communication skills, and accurate math and cash handling skills
