As an Art Director at True North, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' brands. You will collaborate with a talent team of designers, copywriters, and strategists to create compelling and effective marketing materials that resonates with healthcare audiences.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

Contribute to campaign development, including ideation, mood boards, storyboarding, and digital toolkits. Collaborate with digital teams to conceptualize and develop concepts for integrated campaigns, digital activations, and social videos

Set the artistic vision and guide the development of visual content and brand assets

Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution

Present campaign concepts to clients in a compelling and thoughtful manner

Create high-quality design assets, including website layouts, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, and print materials. Ensure each brand's visual identity is consistent, appealing, and aligned with the brand's values and objectives. Evolve brand identify through incorporating UX design principles and best-in-class design

Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to develop integrated marketing campaigns

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all design assets meet quality standards

Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications needed for this role:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative agency or in-house design team

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Proficiency in designing in Figma and knowledge of designing UX/UI best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Agency experience required

Passion for design and a desire to create impactful work

You will be required to submit a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and experience in marketing.
