Work Location: This position is Hybrid Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to collaborate with development and operations teams to analyze system architecture, research emerging technologies, and develop technical solutions. The role involves preparing technical specifications, configuring software, evaluating program code, and leading the design and implementation of system and software architectures. The Systems Analyst will provide technical documentation, lead project teams, and align business requirements with technical solutions. Responsibilities : Analyze current system architecture and research emerging technologies for future improvements. Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of system and software architecture strategies. Develop and document technical requirements in alignment with business needs. Collaborate with project teams to design, prototype, develop, and implement systems to achieve business outcomes. Provide leadership in technical documentation of solutions using object-oriented, service-oriented, and n-tier architectures. Document best practices for software engineering and long-term technology strategy. Work on various applications including Clarety, Employer Self Service (ESS), miAccount, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Perform analysis, design, integration, and maintenance of the organization's technical ecosystem. Write, review, and maintain Java code and technical specifications. Work with technologies like Java, J2EE, WebSphere, .Net, and database systems like Microsoft SQL Server. Engage in system development, integration, testing, and quality assurance. Utilize tools and frameworks such as Git, WebSphere Liberty, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. Document processes using Visio, Rational Rose, and UML diagrams. Required Skills: Proficiency in Java, J2EE, WebSphere, and .Net (including ASP.Net and .Net 6.0 or later versions). Experience with Java MVC frameworks (Struts MVC), ORM tools (Hibernate), JavaScript, and Web Services. Strong knowledge of SQL, database systems (SQL Server 2016 or higher), and writing stored procedures. Experience with microservices, cloud-based deployment, and security frameworks (JWT, Oauth, Spring Boot). Familiarity with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with system development methodologies and process modeling tools like Visio, Rational Rose, or UML diagrams. Ability to analyze complex systems, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. Experience with content management (Filenet), Corticon Rules Engine, and Git version control. Knowledge of automation, batch operations, and API/cloud environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile methodology, documentation standards, and prior experience in government systems (SOM).
