Summary: Provide analytical and technical support to the invoicing group and consult with other areas/departments regarding billing, invoicing, and Output Solutions issues and activities. Most of the work will be project based versus predictable day-to-day tasks and these positions are often responsible for multiple tasks at a given time. The roles also include system and technical coordination with vendors who print, insert, and mail customer documents. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Perform client support - whether internal groups and teams, or external customers Lead or participate in project development teams charged with identifying needs and solutions, evaluating systems, and cost justifying systems. Develop and implement appropriate methods for monitoring, analyzing, and preparing data for management reports and statistics. Perform internal control reviews of existing processes and make improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Understand the value of work products and the cost of providing services in order to knowledgeably influence others to accept alternative solutions where appropriate. Ability to prioritize both routine and unpredictable work activities and identify exceptions and recommend solutions to leadership. Provide innovative solutions to client needs. Conduct cost studies and/or financial analysis to provide valued information to clients in support of cost related initiatives. Prepare and/or delivers short presentations for project or system status and proposals. Collect data from internal and external sources to facilitate meaningful analysis. Technical implementation and production support ofcustomer communications, including invoices, dunning documents, and correspondences. Coordination of development, testing, implementation, and support of customer communications under leadership of senior Document composition design, configuration, testing and implementation. Design, analyze, and support data files for communication with printing vendors, including the RDI and XML formats. Design, analyze, and support print and image formats for printing and archiving, including AFP, PDF, RTF and TIFF formats. Develop, modify, and maintain functionality of document print applications and document image archiving applications. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science/business/MIS or other related field from an accredited university or college required, or equivalent work experience. Experience: Project management/operations/system implementation/ or business-related experience. Knowledge of the utility and/or the energy industry preferred. SAP/CCS knowledge a plus. Higher education may substitute for some experience. Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science/business/MIS or other related field from an accredited university or college required, or equivalent work experience.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Use PC and/or server-based systems and software; compiles and prepares reports, graphs and charts of data developed. Process or operations experience preferred. ERP system implementation preferred. Experience with print technologies and print vendor relationships. Systems development and computer programming skills. Ability to develop recommendations/action plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills that can be used to problem solve quickly and efficiently. Ability to work with teams or independently with little or no supervision. Must possess strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent personal computer skills within a Windows environment demonstrating advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to conceptualize, negotiate, and communicate innovative concepts or ideas to work groups or management level representatives. Ability to develop and make formal presentations to internal and external groups. Physical Requirements: Able to use keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Working Conditions Fast paced professional office environment. Some overtime required to meet specific deadlines. Some travel between local downtown offices may be required. Role Specific Duties/Responsibilities: Provide in-depth analytical and technical support to the invoicing group. Designs, recommends, develops, tests, and implements business solutions to aid the business unit in accomplishing its goals. Responsible for systems analysis and assessing the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. Lead or participate in project development teams charged with identifying needs and solutions, evaluating systems, and cost justifying systems. Provide innovative solutions to meet client needs Role Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Process or operations experience preferred ERP system implementation preferred Experience with print technologies and print vendor relationships Three years of systems development experience and computer programming skills.
