Hybrid Business Analyst 4

The State of Wisconsin DWD is seeking Business Analyst/Consultant IV Top Required Skills (10 years): 1) Documenting Requirements 2) Requirements Gathering 3) Requirements Analysis. Nice to Have Skills: 1) Project Management 2) User Test Plans 3) Technical Writing - Previous work experience in government, claims, accounting, or unemployment insurance management systems is preferred. - All service providers submitted with inconsistencies or falsifications in their credentials will be disqualified and DOA Purchasing will be notified. An in-person or live video interview will be required as part of our review process. Interview Process: ALL interviews will be conducted online via video conferencing. PLEASE NOTE: A real-time screenshot photo of the candidate MUST be uploaded to candidate's bid in order to accept an interview request. Contract Duration: 6/30/2025 with potential for extension Work location: Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense.
