Workstation Technician

IDR is seeking a Workstation Technician for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Lacrosse, WI. This is a 1 year contract role . If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today Responsibilities for the Workstation Technician : Coordinate hardware and software orders, from receipt to installation, in collaboration with Workstation Support Services. Ensure proper equipment labeling and document device specifications according to Mayo standards. Independently conduct on-site installations, provide customer service, and offer technical support for repairs. Serve as a technical liaison, collaborating with various support services, and assist with end-user training when needed. Requirements for the Workstation Technician : High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware. Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration, hardware configuration, and software installation. Associates degree in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field. OR two years of Technical School training in Computers, Technology, Electronics, or related field. What's in it for you?
