ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
The Release Engineer will join our large enterprise client's Health team and be responsible for managing and executing the release process for the Health Research Cloud project, ensuring smooth and timely deployments
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand release requirements. You will implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software delivery. You will utilize AWS services to optimize the release process and infrastructure. You will write and maintain Python scripts to automate release-related tasks. You will troubleshoot and resolve release-related issues in a timely manner. You will contribute to Site Reliability Engineering operations, monitoring, and alerting. You will be expected to drive automation initiatives to enhance release efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should also be proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment with an emphasis on a positive attitude and a collaborative approach.

Proficiency in
GitOps
methodologies and hands-on experience working with Git repositoriesIn-depth understanding and practical experience with AWS CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda, and Jenkins

Python , Shell, and/or Bash scripting for automation and troubleshootingAbility to execute basic
Linux
commands and provide reports on system memory usage
Familiarity with system-level commands to diagnose and rectify issues
