SUMMARY
Perform duties related to receiving, stacking, and transferring printed product off press equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with equipment set-up and routine maintenance.Operate forklift and pallet jacks.Maintain levels of ink, paper, and plates.Quality control.Responsible for general maintenance and housekeeping of the press.Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies.Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be 18 years of age or older.No prior experience required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.WORKING CONDITIONS:
Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands to fingers, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance and stoop.Occasionally required to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.Required to use close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.Frequent exposure to vibration, fumes or airborne particles, and risk of electrical shock.Exposure to moving mechanical parts.The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Physical presence at company workplace required.ABOUT THE COMPANY
