Summary: The Program Analyst applies knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinate CDRL reviews, tracking and generating CDRL letters Support acquisition documentation development and be familiar with generating procurement initiation documents, justification and authorizations, Technical Evaluations, Statements of work and contract data requirement lists (CDRLs) Coordinate funding documentation with Business Financial Managers Generate and screen PMT PID reports to track IPT milestones Support engineering change plan development and tracking of supporting contract documentation Support systems engineering events by providing meeting support to include scheduling conference rooms and generating meeting minutes Communicate information across teams within the Program Office as well as outside the Program Office Required to work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials for Level II IPT Leads Provide assistance with DTS as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well with changing daily tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Education: BA/BS in business, management, or another relevant field is required OR An AA/AS with an additional two (2) years of experience, OR no degree and an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience: Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience performing the duties and responsibilities. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 0700- 1600 (flexible). A Compressed Work Schedule is authorized for this position. Travel: Travel less than 10% of the time is expected for this position. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the Secret Level. Ideal candidates will currently possess an Active DoD Secret Clearance; however, candidates with US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD clearance will be considered. Must be able to receive a Government Common Access Card (CAD), access Government systems, and receive a security clearance.
