Position

Title : Bilingual Warehouse Associate

Shift : 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay : $18 - 19/hr

What we are looking for in a

Bilingual Warehouse Associate :

First and foremost, an ability to speak both Spanish and English and a desire to learn! The Forklift Operator is primarily responsible for the accurate storage, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting and location accuracy for all products stored in either frozen or dry goods warehouse areas. This job requires a high degree of organizational skills and ability to work effectively with other organizations on a daily basis.

Additionally the

bilingual Warehouse Associate must be capable of utilizing the current ERP application and/or RF technology equipment and capable of operating a forklift for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, kitting and counting products.

Responsibilities of

Bilingual Warehouse Associate :

Efficiently operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, load, and unload freight and packages from trucks, containers, and storage areas. Safely and accurately stack and organize products and materials in the warehouse according to company and industry standards, optimizing space and inventory flow. Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any maintenance needs or safety concerns immediately. Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely movement of goods in line with delivery schedules and customer requirements. Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements, updating the system in real-time using handheld scanners or warehouse management software. Ensure that all inbound and outbound freight is handled and loaded securely and complies with regulatory requirements. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Support general warehouse operations and help with any ad hoc logistics tasks, such as inventory counts and cycle counts. Qualifications for Bilingual Warehouse Associate position: Ability to speak and read both English and Spanish fluently High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management a plus. Valid forklift operator certification and license. Some experience operating forklifts in a logistics or distribution center environment, preferred. Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory tracking processes. Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to forklift operations, load handling, and hazardous material handling. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment. Working conditions for Bilingual Warehouse Associate position:

Work is performed in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Operations may include working outdoors and loading/unloading in all weather conditions. Interaction with cross-functional teams such as logistics coordinators, drivers, and customer service representatives. Shift work, overtime, and weekend hours may be required to meet delivery schedules and operational needs. Physical requirements for Bilingual Warehouse Associate position:

Must be able to lift, push, or pull items up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally heavier loads with assistance. Ability to stand, walk, and operate material handling equipment for extended periods. Regularly bend, stoop, crouch, and reach in order to move, stack, and organize freight. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to control forklifts in tight spaces and safely maneuver heavy loads. Ability to visually inspect equipment and shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
