Carle Health is seeking additional Adult Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.Position Details Include:Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pmWork with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory settingPossibility for in office proceduresBroad scope of patientsWill see continuity of care patients and acute visitsEducation Requirements:Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant1-2 years of APP experience requiredLicensure/Certification Requirements:Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensureAbout Us
