As part of DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.Job Purpose:Under the direction of the Facilities Manager responsible for overall facility coordination. Work with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance.Your tasks:Approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned.Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for FM budget for technical and infrastructural FM scope.Support administrative activities and REM implementation, meeting the requirements of compliance and support the leadership to attend the strategy of the Business and Corporate Real Estate.Submits service requests with established vendors within scope of services.Coordinates facilities-related activities, on a daily basis.Helps maintain and repair facilities through the coordination of preventative maintenance with vendors.Develop and maintain the facilities services database and update facility floor plans.Ensures landlords comply with requirements of the lease related to its maintenance and management obligations.Independently handle and resolve various facility issues, ranging from complex to non-complex issues.Managing the finances of responsible projects from start to finish including obtaining bids through final vendor payment.Implementation of new software and maintaining the use of current software being used.Data report for presentations, KPIs, business reviews, and monthly reports.Implementation and management of sustainability projects for GoGreen initiatives.Your profile:University degree in Industrial Engineering required.1+ years’ experience in a corporate setting required.Spanish language is a plus.Ability to deal effectively with people both internally and externally.Detail oriented with good follow up skills.Customer service centric and action oriented.Good sense of logic and problem-solving skills.Technically competent with office environments.We offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world.International and virtual environment.Flexibility and great opportunity to learn.Tempting Compensation and benefits.DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
