Implementation Consultant in Migrations

, You would be responsible for successful migration of client time & labor data from a current legacy E-time system into ADP Workforce Manager Product.This is a client facing role, you will connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

ResponsibilitiesPerform extraction, transformation, and load data using ADP Navigator Tool.Discuss with client contact and/or project team in accessing the client data.Extract source system data from legacy applications.Structure data into a format that can be used by the migration process while maintaining complete data integrity.Compile conversion data and review mapping documentPerform Data Transformation using compiled source data and mapping document.Review the conversion with the migration Project Team (Implementation Consultants etc.)Work closely with project team/client in fixing the data issues and stay on top of the given timelines.Complete ownership throughout the data migration life cycle.Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements.Understands the target ADP Workforce Manager application and database structure to enable effective resolution of transformation errors. Ensure accuracy, the integrity of data and applications through analysis, clear documentation & problem resolution.Provides periodic status updates to the migration team. Uses excellent communication and facilitation skills to advise and influence the project team and Clients.Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation, and perform necessary activities with the client for the migrations of projects.At least 1 years of experience working in a role in an implementation, client service, or customer service environment.Previous experience with Time & Labor technology and/or implementing new technologies within an organization.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Excellent presentation and communication skillsAdvanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skillsQualificationsA college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:Experience noted above ORMilitary experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
