This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the growth and profitability of our treasury services, seeking innovative business opportunities and fostering relationships with existing clients. You will closely collaborate with our commercial team to oversee the sales and implementation of treasury management and commercial deposit solutions, ensuring that our business clients receive outstanding support and seamless integration.The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market reach, identifying new opportunities for growth, and utilizing market insights to evolve our service offerings and deepen client engagement. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, coupled with 7-10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in treasury management. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.The successful candidate will have a robust background in areas such as ACH, remittance processing, online banking, remote capture, disbursement services, and reconciliation services. Proven expertise in strategic planning, market research, and the development of pricing strategies is essential.
