WHAT YOU'LL DO: At the heart of our integration ecosystem, you'll play a crucial role in developing and driving product strategy You'll identify new integration opportunities with partners, customers, and our internal teams, and then bring them to life, keeping up with the latest trends and market needs. Your insights will keep our offerings competitive and ensure we're always at the forefront of the integrations space. THE SCHEDULE: Our team follows agile methodologies, and you'll be deeply involved in sprint planning, refinement, and release processes. We're looking for someone who can help us maintain steady progress while adapting to the fast-paced changes in product management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy and Vision : Lead the charge in crafting and executing a product strategy for our integration ecosystem, collaborating with key players to identify opportunities, and setting priorities based on market research and user feedback. Product Development and Management : Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, working hand-in-hand with engineering for successful integration implementations. You'll track performance and adoption metrics, managing requirements via Jira (Epics for big tasks, Stories for smaller ones). Collaborate with business groups and stakeholders to clarify requirements and handle changes as they arise. Guide E2E testing and work closely with QA to create use cases and test scenarios. Agile Process Management : Take the lead in sprint planning and estimation, running refinement calls, and setting priorities for each sprint. You'll ensure carry-over tasks are managed effectively and keep the team's capacity in balance for optimal productivity. Release Management : Oversee upcoming releases, ensuring all tickets are merged, verified, and approved with input from QA and business stakeholders. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Experience : 5 years in product management, including at least 2 years focused on integrations or APIs. Technical Know-How : A solid understanding of complex systems, data flows, and agile methodologies like Jira. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms like MuleSoft or DelBoomi is a plus. Communication and Collaboration : Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
