Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant
to join their growing team. Foundation Software .Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper documentation and timely payments.Maintain accurate job costing records and prepare financial reports.Perform month-end and year-end closings.Use
Foundation Software
(preferred) for accounting processes, including expense tracking and job cost analysis.Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting needs.
Candidate Requirements
5 years of experience
in accounts payable/receivable within the commercial construction industry.Strong proficiency in
Foundation Software
(preferred).Familiarity with construction project workflows and financial documentation.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment.
