Develop and adapt sales strategy to meet company goals, monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competition. Sell and upgrade service contracts to new and existing clients while managing current accounts. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team with clear goals. Analyze sales data and provide reports for informed decision-making. Cultivate client relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Streamline the sales process for consistency and scalability. Set and monitor sales targets for individuals and teams. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics. Allocate resources effectively and manage the budget. Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate its value to customers. Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Promote ethical operations and adherence to guidelines. Utilize sales and CRM tools for efficiency. Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team. Maintain high customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Plan and execute sales events and promotions to boost revenue.MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience in sales of building automation control systems
Strong knowledge and expertise in various building control technologies, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), lighting, access control, and energy management systems Proficiency in relevant software, hardware, and programming related to building automation control systems Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and communication interfaces is a plus Ability to effectively manage and oversee building automation projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and client requirements Familiarity with local, state, and national regulations and codes related to building automation control systems, ensuring compliance in all projectsInterested in hearing more?
