Entry Level Accountant

LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our client's team in downtown Columbus. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a year or so of experience in accounting or finance. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting department. Our client offer opportunity for growth and a convenient downtown location with parking provided. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting. Monitor and manage material costs. Ensure system pricing is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Internship experience or up to one year of relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
