DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to ensure the security and efficiency of our software development and operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of containerized infrastructure (bare metal and virtualized). Stay current with industry trends and containerization solutions. Implement system enhancements, ensuring security, application, and operational requirements are met. Ensure maximum system uptime and respond rapidly to hardware and software issues. Diagnose and resolve operational and performance issues. Collaborate with customers to set priorities and report progress. Mentor and supervise a diverse team of engineers. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Kubernetes (deployments, networking, storage). Experience with scripting languages and Infrastructure as Code tools. Strong Linux system administration skills. Knowledge of identity management, SSO architectures, and PKI infrastructures. Ability to manage and troubleshoot cloud environments (VMware, AWS, GCP). Experience with hybrid and private cloud solutions (VMware, Kubernetes). Strong automation skills (scripting for automation, reporting, and system management). Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Security or CISSP certification (required within four months of hire). U.S. Citizenship and a Secret security clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).
