Job Description
Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.Supervise project administration staff and construction engineers, working closely with superintendents to set operational priorities.Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue, ensuring adherence to estimates.Resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contracts/subcontracts administration.Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure projects meet established safety goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.Ensure accurate project documentation, including RFI logs and change orders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. 5+ years of previous experience working with a Commercial ContractorExperience as Project Manager on commercial and or retail projectsMust have experience running projects from start to finishAble to communicate and be organizedTime Management Skills - making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughlyExperience managing teams is a plusUp to date on the Construction Market and the newest technologyBachelor's Degree a plusStrong software and technology skills is a plusWhat's on Offer
