Corning's Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.
**Role Purpose**
Provide primary administrative support for the CET Director of Engineering and the CET Division Engineering Leadership staff. This role will report into the Director of Engineering with a dotted line to the Executive Administrative Assistant of CET General Manager. The role will be expected to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, prepare reports, and provide logistical support while ensuring seamless communication between capability groups and stakeholders. This position maintains confidentiality with sensitive information both internally and externally.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to Engineering Leadership staff, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and executive visit coordination.
+ Plan and execute various events, such as business meetings, recognition ceremonies, and team-building activities.
+ Serve as the CET Summer Internship Facilitator, supporting interns and organizing related events in collaboration with the DE HR Manager.
+ Coordinate and oversee the administration process for D&E Project Updates, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
+ Manage office supplies inventory, initiate purchase order processes, and procure necessary supplies and services.
**Experiences/Education - Required**
+ Associates degree required, bachelor's preferred
+ 3-5 years of experience in Administrative Assistant roles
+ Limited travel may be required.

The range for this position is
$45,538.00 - $62,615.00
assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
