The organizations serves various industries, including aerospace, defense, industrial, and automotive markets.Job DescriptionSupport the SVP of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) through optimizing metric and reporting views for future opportunities.Responsible for ISC Management Operating System and its optimization to strike the right balance between tactical and strategic objective reviews.Responsible for converting all plants to a set format and metric view for Site Reviews.Support the VP of Ops positions and learn from their different leadership approaches and how they assess plant performance.Travel globally with the SVP of ISC for MOS optimization and follow up of actions assigned.Lead Kaizen events several times annually for both organization's financial benefit as well as for development of using the Kaizen approach to rapid achievement of results.Will own the completion of the monthly ISC performance review deck as well as the Annual Strategy Planning PresentationExecuting special projects at the direction of the SVP ISCWork closely with the SVP and ISC leadership team, you will have an opportunity to travel up to 50% of the time (domestic and international).MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful ApplicantBS in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus but not required.A minimum of 7 years of operations leadership experience with increasing responsibility.Desire to become a plant manager with the ability to relocate in the future.Experience managing plant operational metrics such as yields, up time, on time delivery, etc.10+ years of related experience.Program management experience and ability to organize and optimize for efficiency towards the achievement of complex goals.Ability to tell a story using operations data metrics and influence standardization and change.Highly skilled in executive presentation and communications.Ability to take complex problems and form scenarios of potential solutions to enable a financially based optimized outcome.Demonstrated capability to work and collaborate cross-functionally as well as influence without direct reporting authority.What's on OfferBase Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 Plus BonusBenefits Availaable (i.e. health insurance, 401k)This position is part of succession planning and will grow into a plant managerContactMarios PeripanosQuote job refJN-112024-6594647
