CRC is seeking to fill the role of an Assistant Treasurer. This position will be based out of our Long Beach, CA or Santa Clarita, CA office and is eligible for a 9/80 and hybrid work-from-home schedule. The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $170k - $215k, with a target annual bonus of 25% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Match, Paid holidays, FSA, HSA.Rigorous analytical and financial modeling of cash flow projections, budget tracking/reconciliation, capital structure analysis, enterprise valuation, liquidity/covenant monitoring, macro stress testing and sensitivity analysis, etc.Maintain key banking and lending relationships, evaluate financing options and support debt issuance, liability management and transaction executionManage dept and investments portfolios of the company and ensure compliance with policies and financial controls adopted by the company's Board of DirectorsLead the periodic rating agency reporting and credit review processesExperience with credit products - syndicated leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, mezzanine/PIK debtSupport the due diligence, help determine deal structure and prepare credit memorandums for managementAbility to build and foster cross-functional relationships and collaborationDevelop treasury staff and foster a high-performance team environmentDebt administration and compliance:
Work closely with Accounting and other teams in CRC on debt compliance, covenant calculations
Cash forecast reporting:
weekly, monthly, and annual
Assist treasurer by supporting projects, gathering, and analyzing data, etc.
Detailed rating agency modeling specific to the S&P, Moody's, and FitchFundamental industry research and financial statement analysis to support high yield credit underwriting
Required Experience
Minimum 7 years' corporate treasury experience with hands on exposure to sophisticated Treasury Management SystemsAbility to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionProfessional depth and experience in capital markets and debt managementBachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA degree preferredDetailed knowledge of treasury operations and how they fit into the overall functioning of the organizationExperience in cash management, banking administration, post-issuance debt, compliance, and investment managementComprehensive understanding of bank cash management products, banking systems, particularly electronic transmission of data and interconnectivity to company systemsStrong working knowledge and experience with MS office suites as well as presentation applications and capabilities of database applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively and independently with bankers and individuals at all levels in the organization (including senior management)Must have proven record of demonstrating leadership and motivation skills with potential beyond the current position.
