Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Utilize Citi's Flexcube software for end of day processing and troubleshooting. Utilize the ITRS Geneos dashboard for application monitoring, customization, and implementation. Utilize the Tubemap tool to run applications batch monitoring reports and will be responsible for Service Desk coverage planning. Leverage the in-depth specialized knowledge of the Flexcube database to provide technical support for applications users. Monitor the ITRS Geneos dashboard. Responsible for continuation of business (COB) testing activities for various applications, such as Flexcube Brazil, Flexcube Paraguay, Flexcube Republican Dominican, and Flexcube North America for demand deposit accounts. Build ITRS monitoring tools for several applications. Work closely with several departments for Flexcube Brazil to troubleshoot and resolve issues stabilizing Citi's banking applications. Ensure incidents logged by operations follow the appropriate flow, delivering a flawless service as per the business expectations and meeting the service level agreement (SLA). Build and maintain a support window to ensure that the Flexcube application has a support model. Monitor the progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or a related field, and six (6) years of experience, in the job offered or in a related occupation in the finance industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Troubleshooting issues including environmental and systemic issues, process, and operational using Oracle database, SQL developer tool, Tectia, and AppDynamics; Using the ITRS Geneos tool, Splunk, Elk, AppDynamics, and TCO to monitor Flexcube Application and database for stability, performance, debugging END OF DAY Batch and other production issues as well as capturing statistics and reporting for management; Using shell scripting for processes automation to remove repetitive operational work and for complex Linux servers components monitoring automation; Using ITIL best practices to assist businesses in aligning their IT services, including IT-related assets, accessibility, and resources that deliver value and benefits to customers; Using Oracle Flexcube skills for troubleshooting application systemic or operational issues; and Utilizing Linux operation system to resolve technical problems encountered by users or applications as well as monitor system performance and log error messages for debugging. 40 hrs./wk.
