Job Description
Employee Relations Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.Policy Interpretation and Guidance:Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.Investigations and Conflict Resolution:Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, complaints, and disputes. Facilitate the resolution of employee conflicts, ensuring timely and fair outcomes while mitigating legal risks.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in employee relations, particularly in the financial services sector where regulations are stringent.Disciplinary Actions and Performance Management:Work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans, and guide them through disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and labor laws.Data Reporting and Analytics:Track and report on employee relations trends, issues, and outcomes. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in employee relations, preferably in the financial services industry.Strong understanding of labor laws, employment practices, and compliance requirements within the financial services space.Proven ability to manage complex investigations and mediate conflicts effectively.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools is a plus.What's on Offer
