Job Description
As our HR Systems Manager, within the HRIS organization, you'll play a key role in supporting the functional and operational excellence of the Talent, Performance, Learning & Development, and Compensation system modules within Aramark's global HR systems. In this role, the HR Systems Manager's responsibility is to lead the strategic and tactical operational oversight of these key Talent Management (TM) and Compensation modules within Aramark's global HR System, SAP SuccessFactors. Partnering with Aramark's HR Leaders, HRIS, and key technology vendors, your role and team works to strategize, design, deploy, and maintain TM and Compensation programs in the overall HR systems architecture.
Job Responsibilities
What you'll do:
Partner with HR COEs and Operators to provide strategic, functional leadership and consultation for TM and Compensation related programs and policies within Aramark's Global HR Systems, which requires:
Maintaining and leveraging functional expertise of the TM and Compensation modules
Ensuring a solid understanding and regularly meeting with key business stakeholders for input into the base functional needs of the TM and Compensation modules and the current and future direction of their needs for enhancements and innovations
Focus on optimal user adoption of Aramark's Global HR System, SAP SuccessFactors
Includes vendor management for enterprise Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) software
Engage with Global HR Systems providers to share Aramark's agenda, priorities, and operational pain points to develop technical solutions and product enhancements
Support the development and execution of the annual HR Technology Roadmap, as it relates to TM and Compensation products and operations initiatives
Support the management of the HR technology intake and prioritization process from global stakeholders for the Change Review Board and the Global HR Technology Governance Board
Provide implementation support for new HR technologies and enhancements to current HR technologies, including requirements gathering and operational readiness support
Collaborate with HRIS System Administrators to provide SAP SuccessFactors production support for ongoing maintenance, change request prioritization, and bi-annual system upgrades. The scope of this work includes, but is not limited to:
Identify new capabilities within the TM and Compensation modules that support operational pain points or further the TM and Compensation HR strategies and initiatives
Identify stakeholder impact for operational readiness and change management
Manage and execute operational readiness, including but not limited to: identifying testing scenarios; operational and system training support; and, reporting deliverables and risks to the PMO
Partner with broader HRIS team on continuous improvement practices to support consistent advancement of the HR Organization
Manage and influence multiple projects, stakeholders, and deliverables in a fast-paced, matrix environment
This role will report to the Global Process and HRIS Director. This role is based out of Aramark's Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; remote opportunities available
10-15% of travel may be required domestically and internationally
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of HRIS/HRIT experience; or equivalent experience in project management, change management (HR systems related, preferred), or HR related experience (Talent Management, Total Rewards preferred)
Strong Critical Thinking Skills
Experience leading and influencing work on cross-functional teams
Effective communication skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal
Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence across a highly matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to keep a high level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Fast learner, focused attention to detail
Project management or change management experience
Self-motivated, yet able to take direction and follow the overall vision of the HR and HRIS strategic objectives
Foundational base of analytical skills to continuously find new ways to improve processes and user experience
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HCM system, preferred
