About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate as part of the Service of Process Team, of the Legal Business Solutions Section, of the Legal Strategy, Innovation & Administration Division Team. This individual will review a population of service of process routing to ensure if it was routed to the correct team timely and accurately. You will read and interpret the legal document, follow our workflow guide, review the rule(s) that was used, in order to confirm the WF relationship and that the SOP routing team routed the document to the correct team. In this role, you will: Provide support to a specialized area within the Legal Department using a high degree of analytical, communication and organizational skills.
In this role, you will:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, including the ability to read and interpret legal documents, accuracy in locating the Wells Fargo relationship and ensuring the document was routed timely and accurately.
Ability to follow workflow guides, processes and maneuver through 1,100+ ever-changing routing rules
Ability to review the classification and ensure the document is classified correctly
Reach out to SOP routing team member(s) with errors/provide the correct routing/process/training
Provide backup monthly metrics of service/errors/for SOP team to the manager
Provide backup to execute our daily and weekly controls and provide supporting documentation as needed
Provide backup drafting/revising routing rules and process
Identify gaps and suggest solutions
Identify and escalate risk
Monitors for trends
Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly. We use 30 systems/tools/resources.
Working knowledge of the following systems/tools/resources: Hogan, eCaR, Passport, eDocs, CSC Navigator, Fidelity/LPS/MSP, Arrow, Store Vision Platform (SVP), WCIS, West Law, Pacer, County Recorder Websites, National Information Center (NIC), and NETROnline, Onit and NetDocs.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, deadline driven environment while balancing multiple emails/documents.
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Customer service focus with the ability to respond to email requests in a timely and legally appropriate manner
Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate potential risk
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Proficient in drafting and proof-reading emails utilizing proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Effective in building partnerships and working for the success of the team
Curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
Job Expectations:
Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed below with a hybrid working schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $135,700.00
