UNDERSTANDING
With a strong understanding of information technology, the Help Desk Analyst is responsible for assisting with network, desktop and project support. Help Desk Analyst is responsible for responding to Level 1 & II help desk tickets, setting up workstations and managing IT inventory.

Reports to the IT Services and Operations Manager.Business UsersRESPONSIBILITIES
Execute hands on desktop technical support and networking supportConfiguration and troubleshooting of PCs, OSx, telephones and network printersProvide hardware and software support for PC's, OSx, telephones and network printersSet up, configuration, and decommissioning of workstations and peripheral devicesProvides technical assistance and support as needed in a manufacturing environmentComply with all company Quality, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety Standards.Responsible for 24 hr. emergency service as needed or a business requires.Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2+ years of IT support experienceMinimum of 2+ years of networking experienceCompTIA A+ and CCNA certifications are preferredBasic understanding of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VLANs, network layers and protocols is required.Experience with VOIP cloud PBXFamiliarity with Office365, Azure, Windows Servers and Domain controllers is a plusDetailed oriented, organized, and able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlinesExperience and understanding of ITILProvide excellent customer service when responding to help desk requests.Previous IT/IS experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not required.Great verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsMust be able to speak, read and write in English.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in information technology or relevant certifications are required or equivalent experience
