About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, family-owned construction firm specializing in a variety of sectors, including high-tech industrial and manufacturing. With a commitment to safety, integrity, and confidentiality, we have been a trusted partner in delivering complex projects across multiple states for nearly a century.We are seeking a highly experienced Building Division Project Manager with 10-15 years in construction project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects exceeding $10 million, particularly within confidential high-tech sectors such as healthcare, clean rooms, and labs. This position will report directly to the Head of the Building Division and will play a critical role in our ongoing growth initiatives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects while ensuring strict adherence to client confidentiality. Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals while safeguarding sensitive information. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and confidentiality. Qualifications for the Project Manager:
10-15 years of construction project management experience. Demonstrated success in high-tech industrial and manufacturing projects, specifically in healthcare, labs, and clean rooms. Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, P6, and BIM/VDC. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. What's on Offer
