Summary

Asemio's team is in search of contract help to translate technical solutions content into visualizations reaching diverse audience types. Content will be utilized in white papers, sales and marketing collateral and/or Federal and State & Local grant proposals.

About the work

You will be contracted to work on grant efforts to improve Asemio's and its partners ability to visualize Asemio solutions including: Salesforce Implementations, Custom Software Solutions, Data and Analytics Services, and Strategy and Consulting. You will work with leads from our Grants and Marketing & Sales teams completing graphic design activities to support Asemio's timely completion of collateral, white papers and/or grants.

Related Certification, Education, or Experience

Graphics Design degreeTechnology solutions (i.e., integrated data systems, software development) visualization experienceSocial impact / mission-focused domain expertise or experience is a plusKnowledge

Bachelor's degree (or four years of equivalent experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field: Demonstration of a foundational understanding of design principles, print production, and creative tools. (Required)Relevant certifications or courses in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert) or data visualization. (Preferred)Skills

Proven experience in creating visually compelling print materials for grant proposals, white papers, sales and marketing collateral, with a strong emphasis on clarity, layout, and data visualization. (Required)Proven ability to tailor graphics content that effectively communicates complex concepts tailored to a variety of audience types, including technical experts, academics, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance in alignment with project goals. (Required)Experience in minor User Experience (UX) tool design, including tool branding, content structure and enhancement of color palette standards. (Preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop) with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality designs for professional print documents. (Required)Strong portfolio of work with non-profit or mission-driven organizations, showing an understanding of designing for social impact and communicating complex data and concepts in accessible formats. (Required)Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content writers, project managers, and data analysts, to create cohesive designs that align with project objectives and deadlines. (Required)Attention to detail and an understanding of brand consistency, ensuring all designs reflect the Asemio's branding and values while meeting the specific requirements of deliverable.
