SUMMARY:The Data Governance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our organization's customer data within the CRM and ERP systems. This role will focus on developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality standards, policies, and procedures to support data governance and compliance.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.Clean and organize customer data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrityAct as the gate keeper for all teams requesting account creation within the sales CRM system and manage consistency of data within the ERP system.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify data inconsistencies, patterns, trends, and correlations in large data setsCollaborate with teams to implement data management strategies validation mechanisms to ensure data accuracy and integritySupport the identification and resolution of data anomalies, working closely with stakeholders to address issues promptlyExtract reliable data from various data sources that will identify key insights and opportunities/challenges that our clients should actionManage hierarchical details surrounding contacts, locations and accountsConduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and provide accurate and actionable recommendationsCreate nomenclature rules for consistent and clean data creationCommunicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to convey data quality issues and recommended solutionsContribute to the design and implementation of data entry processes to enhance precision and efficiency.Accurately identify new and innovative data that can be used to improve existing models and processesResponsible for ensuring all data captured has been collected, validated, and uploaded via established processes and controls to ensure accuracy and
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Bachelor's degree in related discipline3+ years of data analytics experience; leading multiple projects of various scope/complexity from initiation to close out, with data quality as a focusExceptional data expertise in all aspects of data analysis, insights creation and visualizationAdvanced skills in CRM and ERP systemsStrong flexibility to work with a variety of application development applicationsExceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, adaptive and strong client focused mindsetExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to manage a variety of tasks with tight timelinesExcellent quantitative, analytical, written, and oral communication skillsComfortable navigating through ambiguity and crafting solutions without a defined guidelineStrong work ethic and highly developed problem-solving skillsEnjoy working under time constraints and ability to excel under pressurePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
