- Reception Services including answering, determining purpose and directing incoming calls- Provides back-up to the Executives Secretary and administrative staff Coordinates meetings and conference room availability- Tracks special equipment reserved by staff- Distributes payroll and/or travel expense checks to various offices in Sacramento Serves as liaison with the building's property management company- Maintains, organizes and secures the office supply room- Coordinates ergonomic assessments and the acquisition of associated equipment Prepares all out-going mail generated by Sacramento offices for distribution Tracks, sorts and distributes all incoming mail for the Sacramento offices- Performs journal entry paper filing tasks- Logging, tracking, coding and preparation for signature of incoming invoices
Preferred skills:Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.), freight and mail processing, reviewing and processing invoices, and strong communication skills.
