Job Title: Salesforce - Developer
As a Salesforce Developer at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level, you will have experience solving complex problems on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce developer you have knowledge of the technical domains of Salesforce including the various cloud platforms, programmatic development, declarative solutioning and integrations. You are passionate about building hands-on technical implementations. You are a self-driven individual with a "get it done" attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems.
Responsibilities:Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and productsParticipate in technical design sessions; develop technical solution documentation aligned with the business objectivesDevelop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementationDevelop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platformExecute test plans to ensure quality deliveryFollow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followedProvide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasksAbsorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitionsQualifications:
3+ years Salesforce platform experienceProven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systemsUnderstanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and common AppExchange solutionsDevelopment experience using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, integrations, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform (Add LWC, JavaScript and Salesforce Flows soften experience)Configuration experience using the Salesforce point-and-click application interfaceAbility to perform automated testing and write unit testsUnderstanding of E2E lifecycle of Salesforce development collaborating with multiple engineersExperience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)Front-end development experience with Lightning Web ComponentsKnowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with SalesforceKnowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycleExperience in Agile MethodologyExperience and exposure in Einstein and Salesforce AI product capabilitiesExperience in CI/CD Salesforce services and processesProblem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributorActive Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hireExcellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for the Consultant role is $96,000-$177,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
