Our client in the finance industry is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Advisory Programs team supporting client confirmation notices and daily advisory oversight processes. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Tableau, Financial knowledge which will align successfully in the organization.

Complete thorough reviews of client confirmation notices for accuracy in a timely mannerInteract with internal and external parties to verify and update informationCreate client letters based on data from internal applicationsIdentify challenges & defects and collaborate with internal partners to resolve themOther projects as assignedWhat's Needed?
4-year degree from an accredited university (or equivalent) OR High school diploma (or equivalent) AND 3 years of job-related experienceStrong attention to detail and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to learn new technology, critical thinking skills required to support escalated issue resolution and/or oversight requirements associated with exception-based complex processesExceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and managementProficient computer skills in Microsoft-based software products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and AccessWhat's in it for me?
